Return & Refund Policy

Return window
Buyers may return standard goods within a minimum of 7 days of delivery. Individual sellers may offer longer windows, displayed on each product page and in the order confirmation.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Perishable goods, custom-made items, and goods marked "final sale" are exempt where permitted by law.
How to initiate a return
Open the order under My Orders → "Request return". The seller has 48 hours to approve, after which the platform auto-approves on the buyer's behalf.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. Mada and Stripe refunds typically settle in 3-5 business days. VAT is refunded proportionally.
Restock fees
Sellers may charge a restock fee (up to 20%) on opened or non-defective items, disclosed at the time of purchase.
